REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Registration should be made per person, individually, or as a couple. 
• The registration is strictly personal and it cannot be transferred to another person without the authorization of the organization.
• After registration starts, we will do our best to process your registration within 10-14 days.

PAYMENT METHOD

When you get our confirmation email you will have 14 days to make the payment, and only after we receive it we will send you the final confirmation email.

If you do not pay in due time your registration could be cancelled.

Please do not buy transport tickets and do not book accommmodation until you get our final approving email!

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

• In case of cancellation before 15th of September you’ll get full refund.
• From 16th September till 15th October we’ll be able to make 50% refund.
• From 16th of October no refund possible, but you have opportunity to contact us to offer a replacement.
