REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Registration should be made per person, individually, or as a couple. 
• The registration is strictly personal and it cannot be transferred to another person without the authorization of the organization.
• After registration starts, we will do our best to process your registration within 10-14 days.

PAYMENT METHOD

When you receive our confirmation email, you will have 14 days to make the payment, when the payment has been approved we will send you the email with the confirmation of your place. If you do not make the payment within the deadline, your registration will be cancelled.

Please do not purchase transportation tickets and do not reserve accommodation until you receive our final approval email. The organization is not responsible for any expenses you make without confirmation of your place.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

• In case of cancellation before 15th of September you’ll get full refund.
  From 16th September till 15th October we’ll be able to make 50% refund.
  From 16th of October no refund possible.
