INSTRUCTIONS:

Registration should be made per person, individually. If you want to come with your sentimental partner or friend please put his/her email in the special field and ask him/her to put yours when he/she registers.
The registration is strictly personal and it cannot be transferred to another person without the authorization of the organization.
After registration starts, we will do our best to process your registration within 10-14 days.

PAYMENT METHOD:
When you receive our confirmation email, you will have 14 days to make the payment, when the payment has been approved we will send you the email with the confirmation of your place. If you do not make the payment within the deadline, your registration will be cancelled.

Please do not purchase transportation tickets and do not reserve accommodation until you receive our final approval email. The organization is not responsible for any expenses you make without confirmation of your place.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
In case of cancellation before 30th of September you’ll get full refund.
From 16th September till 15th October we’ll be able to make 50% refund.
From 16th of October no refund possible.

La inscripción se debe hacer por persona, individual. Si deseas asistir con tu pareja sentimental o amigo/a por favor especifica su correo electrónico en el campo especial y pídele a él/ella poner el tuyo cuando se registre.
La inscripción es estrictamente personal y no puede ser transferida a otra persona sin autorización de la organización.
Una vez que comience el periodo de registro, haremos todo lo posible para procesar tu inscripción en el plazo de 10 a 14 días.

MÉTODO DE PAGO:
Cuando recibas nuestro correo electrónico de confirmación, tendrás 14 días para realizar el pago, cuando el pago haya sido acreditado te enviaremos el correo electrónico con la confirmación de tu plaza..
Si no realizas el pago dentro del plazo tú inscripción será cancelada.

Por favor, no compres billete de transporte y no reserves alojamiento hasta que recibas nuestro correo electrónico de aprobación final. La organización no se hace responsable de los gastos que realices sin tener la confirmación de tu plaza.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN/REEMBOLSO:
En caso de cancelación antes del 30 de Septiembre, obtendrás un reembolso completo.
Del 16 Septiembre al 15 de Octubre podremos hacer un reembolso del 50%.
A partir del 16 de octubre no es posible ningún reembolso.
